Q: What is your return policy?

A: All sales are final and returns will not be accepted. However, if you received a print that arrived damaged or not as described, let us know! We want to do everything we can in order to get you the print that you spent your hard-working money on. Please connect by emailing: info@troymorrisphotography.com.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: The payment methods we currently accept are:

  • Debit Cards / Credit Cards
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay

Q: When and how will I receive my shipping information?

A: Shipping information will be provided on a case-by-case basis for the time being, due to printing and location logistics.

Q: Which businesses do you work with?

A: Print products are primarily processed by Focal Point Photography located in Dallas, OR. Some specific prints/sizes are purchased from The Shutterbug in Salem, OR or from reputable photographic print sites such as MPIX.com.
